 This young pup, so relaxed in my naive father-arms, is off for university today. Checked in with him before posting this and he assures me he is all set and ready to go! This is one of the reasons I still put the movie Parenthood (with Steve Martin) at the top of my list of favorite films. We all pass through life playing multiple roles. And if we are lucky enough to become a parent, we soon learn that the two roles we can never shed are those of being a child and a parent.
