 As promised, I spent the day at the races up in Saratoga. I am starting with one of the last pictures I took simply because it announces the beginning of a race. This is 'Sam the Bugler' who blows the traditional Call to the Post at the start of each race. For regular viewers, get ready for an onslaught of Saratoga pictures. I will try to mix them up a bit between horses, crowd, and overall atmosphere. I went up with a few fellow members of our Albanyshooters photo club. We did the whole day starting with breakfast and a tour and followed by many hours of horse racing excitement. There was a large crowd today because it was a beautiful day, it was a weekend day, and (most of all) they were giving away t-shirts. No pic of the day today because I am just too burned out to look for one. | |
