 Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience played in the free concert at Alive at Five in Albany today. I met up with Alan from our local photography group (see link below if you live in the NY Capital District). The crowd was much smaller than when I went for my last visit to this event, but that made it far more enjoyable. We were able to move up close enough to get a few nice shots of the band. They quickly had the crowd dancing and excited them by throwing beads out (which is why all the hands are raised in this shot).
