 This is one of the views down the Hudson taken from just in front of Olana (see yesterday's post for information). It was pretty hazy on Saturday when I was there, but I am told that on a clear day you see about 60 miles. Not sure about that, but you can see a good ways. I've been sitting around the house today doing pretty much nothing. Did not even take the time to look for a Pic of the Day. I got up this morning to a gentle, but steady rainfall. It cleared up for most of the day; but now, as I type this, the rain is falling again. There is a gentle breeze blowing in my window that feels quite good. | |
