![]() I am getting very strung out at work. I have finished two of the four proposals that must go out Friday. One more is about 99% complete and the fourth one, hopefully, around 90% depending on comments by others. The last one needs a lot more work to be ready to go and will keep me busy all day tomorrow, and perhaps into the evening. But it will be the last evening of work for awhile. I have not even had a chance to get my grocery shopping done, so the cupboard is getting pretty bare. I did go out around 2 pm today (I am writing this Wednesday night) to grab a bite to eat. I decided to take a leisurely lunch to relax a bit so I went downtown and grabbed a sandwich from my favorite lunch place in Albany, Sandwiches to Go on Maiden Lane (if you are ever in Albany at lunch time its worth checking out). So I got my turkey on rye with lettuce and tomato and dropped down to the little park at the end of the street and ate at a picnic table. It was a nice break from the tension of the office. This flower shop is right across the street from the sandwich shop so how could I resist? I am looking forward to the weekend. I will take my July 4th holiday on Monday so I will probably go someplace where I can shoot a bunch of pics. On Sunday, the local Yahoo Photo group I started a few weeks back will be meeting for the first time for a photo expedition up at Thacher Park, look for shots from that trip next week sometime. I went to Randomizer tonight and kept hitting the button and hitting the button...there are an awful lot of sites listed there that are NOT photoblogs. I have tried to help Brandon by sending him 'Remove' messages but not tonight. Pic of the Day: It took awile but ultimately I did find That was my foot, which I found to be enjoyable to wander around. Hope you enjoy it. | |
