EXIF: SONY DSLR-A700 \| 1/50 sec \| f 5.6 \| 18.0mm (35mm equivalent: 27.0mm) \| ISO 400 Like I said...time for some fooling around. This is done entirely with curves on each of the color channels. Interesting technique similar to (or perhaps the same as?) what some call 'pulling curves.' The original can be seen here.

I shoot mostly digital but do still pop a roll of film from time to time. I process my own B&W film (120 and 35mm) which I am scanning with an Epson Perfection 3170 scanner.
