![]() Today I went to two photo exhibits. The first show was 'About Light' at the Albany Center Gallery. I loved the pinhole work by Bill Delanney and was inspired to try for soft images, well at least narrow depth of field. I had some time to kill before meeting a group for the second exhibit at the State Museum, so I walked across the street from the ACG into Tricentennial Park and shot for about a half hour. The park is very small so it was a bit of challenge to find material for these shots. They will spread over the next several days here on forgingahead. All shots were taken with my Minolta 50mm f1.7 lens which I kept as wide open as possible for all shots. Depending of sunlight in the shot that varied from f1.7 to maybe as high as f4, but was always pretty wide. | |
