 For veteran photobloggers, most of you are familiar with Valerie Cochran's now five-year old blog Your Waitress. Well, this is Val, taken during our recent Your Waitress NYC Photowalk. We had stopped for a few confections at a bakery in Chinatown and Val grabbed these little Panda Bear cakes...the top was pure confectionery sugar! For those of us who have only been around for about, say, four years, five years sounds like forever...and Val does it all the old fashioned way...on film! Speaking of four years...I want to pass on my congratulations to another of my blogging friends, John Hughes, whose site megapickles just celebrated its fourth anniversary. John has been documenting the Vermont countryside (and a few favorite parking garages) from his Burlington base since May 2005. | |
