![]() I only took the little Fuji with me on my trip to DC this week because I knew I'd have little time to do any shooting (and I didn't). Monday was a perfect day for flying and the plane did a nice long turn out of Albany taking us over Amsterdam, the Schoharie Creek Valley (seen in today's photo), the Catskill Mountains, and then down the Hudson Valley and out across New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. This picture is looking down on the little village of Middleburg. The Schoharie Valley is truly one of the most beautiful places in New York (and in my opinion, among the most beautiful places in the United States). In this picture the valley floor is marked by the freshly tilled farm fields that stretch up the valley. | |
