Moses Statue at Night
EXIF: SONY DSLR-A700 | 8 sec | f 11.0 | 35.0mm (35mm equivalent: 52.0mm) | ISO 1000

After the blazing tulip display (see last two posts and linked Flickr slide show), I was able to get a few night shots around Washington Park. The Moses Statue, which has been seen on forgingahead before, is the focal point for the Tulip Festival with lots of formal beds surrounding the statue/fountain.

Added Monday Morning:

I was so intent on doing stills during the Night Fire event that I didn't take my little Fuji out to make a 'Long Photo' until it was nearly over. Anyway, here's about 20 seconds of video. I was surprised at how loud the crackling of the fire was and how quiet the music was...in person the music seemed to dominate the aural environment.
