EXIF: KONICA MINOLTA MAXXUM 5D \| 1/640 sec \| f 8.0 \| 70.0mm (35mm equivalent: 105.0mm) \| ISO 800 Yet another from the seemingly endless series taken while my son took a 'Learn to Fly' flight from the Schenectady County Airport. This was early October, so the boater may have had other chances to get out on the Mohawk River for a cruise, but not too many as soon after, the dams that maintain the river for navigation would be opened ending the recreational use of the Mohawk River/Erie Canal until next Spring. The fine horizontal lines are a set of power lines crossing the river.

I shoot mostly digital but do still pop a roll of film from time to time. I process my own B&W film (120 and 35mm) which I am scanning with an Epson Perfection 3170 scanner.
